1. General Terms & Conditions

Betlabel (www.betlabel.im) is an online betting and gaming platform. By using this website or mobile app, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. betlabel reserves the right to update these terms at any time — members will be informed of any changes via email or app notification.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any provision is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. betlabel's decisions are considered final unless a clear error is demonstrated.

2. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account with betlabel. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, betlabel reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

Information required at registration:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national ID
• Active mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (18 years of age or older)
• Valid address

If an account is created using false information, betlabel may close it and void the entire balance. betlabel may request a copy of a national ID or passport at any time for identity verification (KYC).

Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. betlabel will not be held liable for any loss resulting from sharing a password or allowing others to access an account.

3. Age & Eligibility

To use betlabel, members must:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be of sound mental capacity
• Must not be subject to any betting restrictions
• Must not be a family member of a betlabel employee

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Betlabel supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳50 BDT and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200 BDT.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds
• Betlabel may suspend withdrawals on suspicious transactions
• Betlabel sets the maximum daily withdrawal limit

Betlabel does not deduct any hidden charges. However, payment gateway providers may apply their own fees, which are outside betlabel's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Betlabel regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms — reading the relevant promotion's terms and conditions before claiming any bonus is mandatory.

General Bonus Rules:

• Every bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (WR)
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the WR has been met
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is restricted
• Bonuses expire if not used within 30 days of being credited
• Betlabel reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program

6. Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on betlabel, it cannot be cancelled. Live bets take effect immediately upon placement. If a bet is accepted at an abnormal odds due to a technical error, betlabel reserves the right to void that bet.

In the event of a match cancellation or postponement:

• Full refund on bets if the match does not start
• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, the outcome depends on what has occurred
• Betlabel's policy applies to matches suspended due to weather conditions

Maximum bet amounts vary by game and event. The minimum and maximum bet limits are clearly displayed on each game's page.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betlabel:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or bug
• Betting using automated software or bots
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent betting patterns
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to hack into other members' accounts
• Threatening or harassing betlabel staff

In such cases, betlabel may permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Betlabel reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms & conditions violation is found
• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected fraud
• If KYC verification is incomplete or false information is provided
• If a member requests self-exclusion
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Members will be notified by email when their account is closed. In the case of a permanent closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned through the standard process — however, balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a terms & conditions violation.

9. Responsible Gaming

Betlabel is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Members can take advantage of the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily self-suspending your account for a set period
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Reality Check: Reminders showing how long you've been playing in a session

Betlabel keeps all member personal information strictly confidential. Member data is never sold to third parties. However, betlabel may be legally required to disclose information to relevant authorities when required by law.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Betlabel may update or modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of betlabel after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
